Our method is Re-Generative, while most fitness programs are actually De-Generative.
We encourage and support you to get outside as much as possible for your fitness and health. Other programs encourage being indoors.
Our movement style Integrates the body parts through myofascial release, proper breathing, posture and biomechanics, while most programs isolate and are based on novelty, not actual human biology.
