I’m Trevor, a holistic personal trainer and movement coach with 22 years experience, based on Oahu’s Windward side.
I help clients build strength, confidence, and energy through customized in-home training programs. My approach blends strength training, fascia release, and deep core integration — so you don’t just look fit, you move better and feel better in your daily life.
I work with a select number of clients who are ready to commit to consistent training, usually 2–4 times per week, to create real and lasting results. Whether your goal is to get lean, improve mobility, or build a lifelong foundation of health, I bring the guidance and accountability right to your home.

Trevor’s training style is based around proper breathing and core activation to reduce stress, support your body to find its natural alignment, then focusing on natural movement with minimal equipment in nature or at home, to strengthen with consistency and solid biomechanics as the priorities.
Movement should be playful and enjoyable. Trevor’s training blends strength, balance, and fun. His methods go beyond workouts to build resilient bodies.
