Meet Trevor Spring
Aloha, I’m Trevor, a personal trainer and movement coach based on Oahu’s Windward side. For over a decade I’ve studied how people move, recover, and stay consistent — and I’ve built Body Language as a way to help clients achieve lasting results without needing a gym.
My approach blends strength training, fascia release, and deep core integration to create bodies that are strong, mobile, and injury-resistant. For me, fitness isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about building energy, confidence, and resilience you can carry through every part of life.
The Body Language Approach
Body Language is designed for people ready to commit to real change. I work with a select number of clients, usually training 2–4 times per week, to build programs that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle and your home.
Every program is tailored around your goals, your schedule, and your space. You don’t need a large gym or fancy equipment — I bring the knowledge, tools, and accountability to you.
