I’m Trevor, a holistic personal trainer and movement coach with 23 years experience, based on Oahu’s Windward side.
I help clients build strength, confidence, and renewable internal energy through personalized coaching programs, either in-person here on Oahu, or virtually throughout the world. My approach blends biomechanics, fascia release, deep core integration and lifestyle upgrades — so you don’t just look fit, you move better and feel better in your daily life.
I work with a select number of clients while visiting Oahu, and continue with remote biomechanics and lifestyle coaching, to create real and lasting results.
Whether your goal is to get fit while healing injurie, improve alignment, or build a lifelong foundation of health, I bring the guidance and accountability to you in the most convenient and fun ways!
